Human magnesium supplement.
I have had off and on insomnia forever. I did my research on what type of magnesium is best absorbed, and this is what I found. I take 2 at night and it really helps my sleep and sore muscles!
Grooming product.
The BEST grooming brush for horses. Mud, sweat, shedding, and just regular good ole stimulating grooming. These are inexpensive so buy a few, I keep one in my stall front bin, my grooming bag, and horse trailer.
Food/Drinks.
This is organic, fair trade, women owned. Super delicious! I use this for pour overs or espresso.
